'Generals Died in the Great War' with Bill Fulton
19 May
Bill has already given several annual talks to the Branch on a wide variety of  Great War subjects. 'Generals Died in the Great War' will use actual case studies, as well as statistics, in a fully-illustrated talk aimed at enabling those present to review the accuracy of the 'Blackadder' perception that all generals stayed well out of the danger line.

Bill is a retired pensions manager, and has recently stepped down from being Chairman of the Essex Branch of The Western Front Association after 15 years (in two terms), but remains on their very friendly and active committee for a 29th year.
