This is the story of a typical Royal Flying Corps pilot, Captain N.H. “Normie” Dimmock. The talk covers his career from 1915 to 1919, flying Nieuport 12s and Sopwith Pups with 46 Squadron in France, and Bristol Fighters with 141 Squadron on Home Defence. It is presented by his son John, using his father’s own words taken from letters and reminiscences, and illustrated with photographs from his father’s albums.
