Monday 3 September - 100th anniversary of McNamara winning the VC
Saturday 8 September 11:00 am - 'South Ribble and the Great War: The Year 1918', a talk by Bill Brierley (not a WFA presentation)
Sunday 9 September 2:00 pm - 'John McNamara: The Bamber Bridge VC', a local history walk of 2 miles. Meet David Hunt at the McNamara Garden (address as above)
