"Cockney War Stories -from Pozieres to Palestine" with Clive Harris

Back in the gloomy days of Covid restrictions, Clive Harris brought us a ray of sunshine in January of 2022 with his tales of Cockney daring do and humour, in what proved to be our last Zoom meeting before normal service was resumed. This month he 'returns' in the flesh with more of the same.

Clive is an experienced researcher, speaker, author and battlefield tour guide, leading groups through the length of the Western Front, Italy, Salonika, Gallipoli and Palestine. His interest in Londoner's experience of war even stretches to two books on the London Blitz of the Second World War.
