"Angels of Harbourne" - The Story of Harbourne Hall VAD Hospital - Andrew Lound

The story of Harborne Hall, which was a large house owned by the Chamberlain Family. In 1914 Walter Chamberlain allowed the hall to be used to house Belgian Refugees fleeing Europe. From 1915 it was converted into a VAD hospital funded by the form of W&T Avery limited. For the first time the story of this house in wartime is told utilising rare images, music and the obligatory costume.
