Attendance in the procession at the Cenotaph ceremony and in the service Guards' Chapel is open to all Western Front Association members. Members of the public are warmly welcomed to view the Cenotaph Ceremony.

At the Cenotaph

WFA members must assemble in King Charles Street behind the archway and not at the junction with Whitehall. This will assist the marshals and will allow an orderly column of members to proceed to the Cenotaph. Please assemble no later than 10.30am.

Wreath Layers: Please Note!

Please order your wreath from the British Legion early. (Tel: 01622 717172). A short rehearsal for wreath layers will be conducted by CS Carter between 10.00am and 10.15am on the day. Medals may be worn.

A very limited amount of disabled parking will be available in King Charles Street, provided that the driver remains with the vehicle at all times. Vehicle details should be communicated to CS Carter as soon as possible.

At the Guards' Chapel

A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Guards Chapel after the ceremony at the Cenotaph.

You do not have to be a WFA member to attend the service in the Chapel. All are welcome.

At Peelers Restaurant

Lunch is available at Peelers Restaurant, New Scotland Yard after the Chapel Service for WFA members and guests. Maximum attendance 100 people. The cost of the lunch will be £25 per person. The closing date for orders is 25 October 2011, and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.
