Speaker this Month, Jill Brunt
Jill started her working life as a Speech and Language Therapist, practicing in the NHS and treating both adults and children. A change in career and a Masters Degree led her into Adult and University Education. Jill was Assistant Principal at Northern College, Senior Research Fellow and Director of Teaching in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sheffield and CEO of an Awarding Body. She held two Visiting Professorships at Sheffield Hallam University and London South Bank University.
Jill is now a Chesterfield Borough Councillor with a Cabinet Portfolio for Health and Well-being and is looking forward to being fully retired!
