July meeting location change

Important Notice: There is a change of venue for this month's meeting on Wednesday 15th July. The new location is as follows:

• Venue: Oxshott Village Hall, 19 Holtwood Road, KT22 0QJ

• See attached photograph for location of entrance (Ignore the GP surgery around the back). When entering the building, go straight ahead to the facing doors – do not turn right unless you want to play bridge!

The venue is about 3 miles from Cobham, and there is plenty of car parking on site. For those travelling by train the hall is about a one kilometre walk from Oxshott Station (trains every half hour from Guilford and Waterloo)

Due to the fact that is a smaller venue than our usual one we will not be able to host Simon’s bookstand.

Timings will be unchanged. We hope to have our usual tea break in the middle of the meeting (so bring your own mug) but this will be an unfamiliar venue for everyone so please understand if it doesn’t work out.
