Dr Jiří Hutečka, Associate Professor at the University of Hradec Králové, talks about his recent book Motivation, Morale, and Masculinity among Czech Soldiers in the Great War, 1914–1918which is published by Berghahn Books. 

Jiří holds a doctorate from the Palacký University in Olomouc and has published several books in the Czech language.
