A study in Great War Genealogy on the Home Front
The presentation is based on the ‘Miracle Workers’ project being undertaken by and on behalf of The Devils Porridge Museum, Eastriggs, we firstly discuss this massive factory complex on the borders of Scotland & England, then our sphere of research, the very many sources both here and abroad, military and emergency services records, archives local and nationally, museum collections, etc. accessed to try to give due credit to those who also helped win the war. Finally the projects future which includes other factory/ production sites throughout Great Britain.
