The December meeting will be a social event. Food and non-alcoholic drink will be provided. There is no need to bring contributions of food or drink yourself.
In addition, there will be three short talks presented by members:
- Graham Cole will talk about "Grenades in WW1" and will show examples from his collection.
- Roger Learney will talk about "The Vickers Machine Gun" and will show us his original example.
- Graham Grist will talk about "Discoveries in the CWGC Archives".
Please note that this meeting will be on December 13th, the second Wednesday in the month.
This meeting will be held in Cobham. Members of The Western Front Association and non-members are equally welcome. We ask for a modest £5 donation on the door. Members joining us at Cobham can use our new cashless card system and use their credit card/phone with the new reader that will be available at the signing-in desk.
Doors open at Cobham at 7:15pm and the meeting starts at 7:45pm.
