Branch member Ian Lowe will tell the fascinating story of the actions of the 2nd Battalion Leinster Regiment on the 19th/20th October 1914. Between Lille & Armentieres they suffered over 400 casualties of whom 120 are still unaccounted for.  Ian's talk describes the action and the subsequent search for the missing.

Doors open at 1.30pm for a 2pm start.
