We meet on the first Saturday of the month (except Bank Holidays when meetings will be held on the second Saturday of the month). All meetings start at 1.30pm.

Great War Graves At Rhyl Town Cemetery
Chairman Darryl Porrino will be conducting a tour of the Great War Graves in Rhyl Town Cemetery & Rhyl Church Cemetery. This will include a visit to the grave of VC winner Harry Weale, Royal Welsh Fusiliers. Afterwards the group will retire to Rhyl Rugby Club for drinks. The cemetery is located on Dyserth Road, Rhyl on the B5119.

Fred Birks VC
Historian Tony Griffiths will tell the story of Welsh born Fred Birks who served with the Australian Imperial Force. He was awarded the Victoria Cross for his actions during the Battle of Passchendaele on the 20th September 1917. A video will accompany his talk. Doors open at 1.30pm for a 2pm start. Non members very welcome.
