‘Flying for France’ by Paul Handford.
20 Jun

This is the, possibly unique, story (and research) of a British man who flew as a ‘fighter’ pilot in the French Escadrille during WW1, subsequently transferring to the Royal Flying Corps in 1917. On display will be his medals; he was awarded the British Military Medal (for his service with France) and won the Croix de Guerre twice.

Members and Non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
