'Known unto God' The Unknown Soldiers of the Great War.

In this talk John will look at the reasons why so many Great War casualties had no known grave.
John Goodman is chairman of the Leinster Regiment Ireland group and is an avid WW1 historian. He has researched WW1 documentaries for TV and written articles for various publications. He has spoken at the UCC genealogy summer schools and is a regular speaker for the Dublin WFA. He is a committee member of the Wicklow Historical society and has been the Co. Wicklow representative on CIGO (Council of Irish Genealogy Organisations).
The Meeting Will Be In The Conference Room At The Library, Doors Will Open At 13.30 For A 14.00 Start.
