Author, historian & branch chairman Darryl Porrino gave a talk about the Accrington Pals, the 11th Service Battalion East Lancashire Regiment. He used their own recollections & letters to tell the story from their experiences. It was a good turn out & his talk was well received. There was also rare film footage of the Pals.
