‘A Worcester Man’s Journeys on the Western Front, 1914-1918’ by Andrew Latham.
21 Feb

Andrew tells his grandfather's Great War story.  He was a Territorial volunteer and, after being wounded in 1915 and surviving the Somme in 1916, he undertook officer training before being captured in 1918, spending the rest of the war as a PoW.  Andrew's research draws on his grandfather's pocket books, which include detailed drawings as well as information on some 200 men who served alongside him.

Members and Non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
