Our January meeting again will be our Members' Afternoon comprising a selection of short talks by branch members. A variety of subjects has been offered so do come along and enjoy listening to this selection of Great War related items. Among the half a dozen talks offered, subjects include letters from Gallipoli, the post-war experiences of a wounded Anzac and an aspect of wartime recruitment. (At time of writing we may be able to accommodate one or two more. Subjects can be any Great War related subject and we have a laptop and projector if required but just speaking about research, an artefact etc will be fine.)
The branch will also hold a very brief AGM as required by the WFA constitution.
Doors open c13.40 for a 14.00 start. All members and guests are most welcome to attend. There will be no donation to running costs requested at the door at this meeting
