Cork branch
Welcome to the Cork branch of the Western Front Association
We hold meetings on the last Saturday of each month, meeting at 2.00pm
At our meetings, a speaker will normally give a presentation on various subjects relating to the Great War which include, military, political and social aspects. Presentations on the Irish Revolution are occasionally given as this historically has links to the Great War.
Admission is free but we would appreciate a modest donation of €5.00 to help fund branch activities.
Members and non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome.
Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts. They will also have an opportunity to meet people who share their interest in military history or who might be able to assist them in their own research.
We look forward to welcoming you to our branch meetings
