Alastair will be focusing on the German Defence of Beaumont Hamel in November 1916, when after four months of fighting the village finally fell to the BEF.

Members and non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
