In his talk, Andy Moody will be exploring popular cinema depictions of the Great War, films made between the wars and in the post war period. There will be discussion about the range of early films made during the interwar period, including: Ypres (1925), Mons (1926), Big Parade (1925) and Journey’s End (1930).

Members and non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
