Professor Peter Stanley, of the University of New South Wales and the Australian Defence Force Academy talks to The Western Front Association about his book 'Bad Characters' (which was published in 2010).

In this short, ten minute video, he discusses the reputation for indiscipline in the Australian Imperial Force in the Great War - what is sometimes called 'the dark side' on the ANZAC legend.
