The 29th Division - possibly one of the best Divisions in the British Army in the Great War - was created from regular battalions that arrived from the most distant stations of the Empire. The Division landed at Cape Helles on Gallipoli on 25 April 1915.

This presentation explores the reality of the neglected second half of the 29th Division's “first to last” service on Gallipoli and looks at the division's morale, casualties, training, personalities, disease and even Christmas dinner!
