Harwich Submarine Flotilla in the Great War

Speaker: Mark Harris
Pageheader Ww1 Subs

Mark will tell us the story, utilising new research, of the Royal Navy's first submarine campaign. The first torpedo fired, the first ship sunk and the first submarine lost.  The talk is based on his eponymous book written in collaboration with the Friends of the Royal Navy Submarine Museum.

Mark has kindly agreed to give us his talk over Zoom rather than travel all the way from Harwich.
