The Eastern Front

A look at the Russian Forces and its allies on the Eastern Front , the early success of August 1914 before the defeat ta the battle of Tannenberg. The 1915 advance by the German and Austrian armies into Poland. The 1916 Brusilov offensive and eventually the 1917 armistice at Brest - Litovsk.

Members of the WFA and non-members alike are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group- of like minded enthusiasts .

We ask for a modest £5 donation to defray costs , this will include a free tea or coffee and entry into our famous raffle.
