Motorcycle Despatch Riders In 1914

Speaker: Nick Shelley

In this talk Nick describes the motorcyclists' contribution to the 1914 campaign, using their own words and their own previously unpublished photographs. Some accounts were contemporaneous, others written soon after the war. The talk is illustrated with many unpublished images from various sources.

Members and non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
