Nigel Atter is an independent scholar of the Great War. His primary interests are the 8th Lincolnshire Regiment at the Battle of Loos, 1915 and the 2nd Battalion Leicestershire Regiment 1914-1918. Nigel was a founding member of the Leicestershire and Rutland Branch of The Western Front Association and is regular speaker at branch meetings presenting his research. His two books for Helion have both been well received.
Members and non-members of The Western Front Association are equally welcome. Any new visitors are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
